32 Red Bingo is currently CLOSED
32 Red still exists as a slots, casino & sports betting website, but as of 28th October 2020 the bingo section of their website is officially closed. This is because the company who provided the bingo software, Microgaming, decided to shut down their entire bingo network.
Most of the other brands who were using Microgaming's platform migrated elsewhere, but it seems that 32 Red decided that they would just get rid of the bingo completely and focus on the other products. It's probably just as well as my original review (which I'm annoyed I spent half a day writing) wasn't very complimentary about it anyway.
To be honest I was a little surprised they didn't just switch software, especially as 32 Red's parent company, Kindred, do own their own proprietary bingo software that currently powers both Unibet Bingo and Bingo.com. My only guess is that bingo is not something their audience really wants anyway, so it's no great loss it being gone.
Still had funds in your 32 Red Bingo account?
Well at least the good news is that the 32 Red site is still open and if you had any money in your bingo account you can just use this on the slots, casino or betting sections of the site. If that doesn't interest you then you should also still be able to withdraw what's left in your balance, provided there are no wagering outstanding.
If you need to get in touch with 32 Red it doesn't appear as though they have an easy way to contact them, which is surprising for such a big brand. Their help page does not have a contact number or email address, but there is a postal address you can try if you really need to: 32Red Ltd, World Trade Center, 4th Floor, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA.
