Mecca Bingo have this week unveiled a brand new product on their website called Mecca Raffle.
As the name suggests, this area of their website contains a selection of raffles which players can buy tickets to enter prize draws with a variety of prizes up for grabs.
The new Mecca Raffle can now be found in the main navigation on Mecca where you can view the current prizes and buy raffle tickets using funds from your Mecca account balance.
Each raffle has a maximum number of tickets any one player can buy, so to avoid someone buying all the tickets to guarantee a win. It isn't specified, but we imagine the prize draws will be done live via Mecca TV and the Mecca Bingo Facebook page.
Terms and conditions obviously apply, most notably that this is of course 18+ and open to Mecca Bingo players only. Each raffle has it's own T&Cs so please check the website for details.
Raffle Prizes
Prior to launch, Anthony Conroy from Rank told me that prizes would be small at first and would build up to some "absolute corkers" in the coming weeks. I can't imagine what these other prizes will be as the ones available at launch were pretty good:
- Free Bingo for a year
- Home cinema bundle
- Apple Watch
- £1,500 cash
- iPhone 12
- Luxury hot tub
- £100 dining out voucher
Raffle Ticket Costs & Free Entry via Post
Each of the raffles at launch were priced between 50p or £1 per ticket, but some raffles had a minimum of 2 tickets.
Apparently you can get a free entry into each raffle if you submit a postal entry, but this doesn't account for your costs for a stamp and envelope. Overall it may be cheaper to simply enter online paying the full price.
