How to find the bingo games
Although Mirror Bingo is using Pragmatic Play bingo software, which I quite like, it is run by a company called Jumpman Gaming who in my opinion do not make it very easy to find the actual bingo rooms. For example, there isn't a link in the navigation that simply says 'Bingo' for you to click on.
What you need to do is to click on 'All Games' which then opens up on a list of 'Hot Slots'. From here you then have to click on the navigation arrows until 'Bingo' is finally revealed. Here you will see about half a dozen bingo games mixed in with Bingo Millions and Bingo Millions instants. Simply click on one of the rooms to open up that bingo game.
Annoyingly, if you leave the bingo room it sends you back to the 'Hot Slots' tab and you again have to click through the navigation to get back to bingo. I really wish they would change this user experience!
How to make a deposit at Mirror Bingo
If you're on the Mirror Bingo homepage there should be a big 'Deposit Now' button right in front that you cannot miss. There is also one in the top right on desktop, but on mobile you can also get to it by clicking on the word 'Banking' at the top and then another 'deposit now' button will appear.
When depositing you can choose from one of the following deposit methods:
- Debit Card
- Pay By Mobile
Just follow the on screen instructions to deposit. The minimum amount is £10.
Spin the Mega Wheel
Usually at Jumpman Bingo sites there is some kind of 'mega wheel' promotion that is tied to deposits. This basically means when you deposit you get to spin the wheel, which in turn can reveal a bonus or prize. As this changes frequently, we suggest checking the website for the latest promotional terms.
Jumpman is known for having stricter wagering rules than most networks, so again check on these when accepting any deposit offers.
How to withdraw
If you wish to withdraw funds you can get to the withdrawal page by clicking on My Account > Cashier > Make A Withdrawal.
If you try to withdraw on the first day of joining the site, it won't let you. Instead it will just say your account is being reviewed, but if you wait a few days it should be fine. The screen should show you your real withdrawable balance as well as any bonus balance you have remaining. If bonus is there, it will also say how much you have to wager before the bonus becomes real money, and what the maximum amount is you can get.
If all is OK, just select how much you wish to withdraw and press the withdraw button. However please keep an eye out for any withdrawal fees, as I have seen sites on Jumpman charge £2.50 for processing withdrawals, which I am not a fan of at all.
